释义	デンマークロールタカキベーカリー（本社：広島県広島市）が製造・販売する菓子パン。1959年、同社創業者の高木俊介が、欧州ではじめて食したデニッシュペストリーの味に感動し、日本のパン職人に再現させたもの。当時の職人たちは実物を見たことのないまま製品を開発したため、実際のペストリーとは異なる製品となったが、渦巻状の生地にフォンダンをトッピングした素朴な甘さの菓子パンは人気商品となり、日持ちがするため登山家らにも愛好された。2007年からは復刻版を販売している。
